All Homeleigh Grove table olives are processed by the slow traditional Italian and Greek method using only water and salt (brine). The process can take up to a year, and sometimes more, but they do not use any of the faster high water usage or European style lye based methods. These green olives are marinated with Native Wild Thyme, Mountain Pepper and Aniseed Myrtle. 365gm
