Gourmet by Design is the service provider; it is also referred to as "GBD", "us" and "we".

Customer is the person or organisation who purchases or seeks services from Gourmet by Design; it is also referred to as "you".

  • Gourmet by Design maintains this site. It is permissible to download material displayed on the Site for personal use only, provided all copyright and propriety notices are retained. To modify, distribute, or reuse contents of this site for commercial use is not permitted without the Site Owner’s permission.
  • All gift and freight prices advertised include GST.
  • Gourmet by Design uses reputable carriers and we will make every effort to ensure that your purchase is delivered on time and in good condition. Please ensure that you provide us with the correct delivery address
  • If a particular item advertised on the website is not available, we will automatically replace it with another item of equal or greater value.

Return and refund

  • Returns are valid only if the gift is returned in its original condition within 7 days of purchase. Refunds are only applicable if the products were damaged or faulty.
  • Any incorrect, missing or damaged items received must be reported to Gourmet by Design within 24 hours of you receiving the delivery. This can only be done by E-mail, Fax or Phone.
  • If item(s) received is not what was ordered please do not open the sealed package in which it was sent. Any attempt to use the incorrect item will be deemed to be acceptance by the customer of the item(s) as a satisfactory substitute for the one that was ordered and no further claim can be raised thereafter.

Tracking of order delivery

  • When your order has been shipped you will be sent an E-mail confirmation that will include your order tracking number that can be used to track your order via the Internet link provided.
