When ordering your hamper, please consider sending to the most viable address. A work address is best; however, a home address is perfectly fine if the recipient is either home or there is somewhere safe where it can be left. If this is not possible, or the delivery address is an apartment, then we use Australia Post so a calling card can be left if the recipient is not home.
If you have provided an incorrect delivery address, please contact us soon as possible. Once it is delivered and has been accepted by another party it is very difficult to retrieve it. If it is in transit we may be able to get it returned or redirected, but unfortunately this will incur additional freight costs.
