At Gourmet by Design we take pride in the quality of the products and the packaging of our hampers. If you receive a gift that has been damaged, or the item is incorrect please contact our office on 02 62805475
If the recipient has received a damaged or an incorrect item, we allow them the choice of credit or a replacement item/hamper.
TRANSIT DAMAGE REFUND POLICY
Gourmet by Design do their best to ensure your hamper is received in perfect condition and is exactly what you ordered.
In the event a hamper is damaged in transit, Gourmet by Design will gladly replace the item as soon as possible at no extra cost
In the unlikely event you are unhappy with your purchase from Gourmet by Design we require the hamper returned to us in original condition and we will refund you for the hamper.
