It’s hard being a cola. When people want to enjoy 'the real thing', one can either tow the party line or dance to a different groove. Made from scratch with pulpy Australian lemons, cane sugar, kola nut, cinnamon, clove, nutmeg and lime oil is different and delicate in every way. And, just when you thought it was job done, we turned around and smoked it – blending our cola with spring water smoked over Applewood chips.

Using smoked water – as opposed to a liquid smoke flavouring - allowed for a gentle, nuanced smoky top note that builds upon the delicate aromatics without becoming dominant or overpowering.

Everything is better smoked.

All Lo-Cal sodas are naturally lower in sugar, without relying on sweeteners such as stevia or erythritol. They are all-natural and contain no preservatives.
